Fitness Classes

Classes are every Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 11 AM except for Municipal holidays or school storm days.

Location is the Cambridge-Narrows Municipal Building.

Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one.  Cost is $5 per session.
